Program Terms & Conditions
1. Commissions will be paid at the rate of 20% on all sales.
2. Checks will be mailed at the end of the month when your commissions total $25.00 or more. If your aggregate commissions do not total at least $25.00, they will be carried over to the next month. Commissions on sales are earned upon verification of payment from the customer and at least 45 days have past from the date of the sale. (to allow for credits and returns, etc.)
3. Your Social Security Number or Federal I.D. must be in our files before commissions can be paid. If required, we will issue you a IRS #1099 form before January 31st of each year for income tax purposes.
4. American Eagle Golf, Inc. reserves the right to change the percentage of commissions paid at any time without prior notice.
5. American Eagle Golf, reserves the right to change our policies and operating procedures at any time without prior notice.
6. American Eagle Golf reserves the right to cancel your participation in our partners program at any time for any reason. Termination from our partners program may result from unethical practices such a spamming, linking our site from offensive or pornographic websites, or any other link not conducive to the business of American Eagle Golf.
7. American Eagle Golf Inc., will not be liable for loss of revenue due to any computer failures or any problem that may cause commissions and sales records to be lost.
8. American Eagle Golf Inc., will not be liable for direct or indirect, special or consequential damages or loss of revenue, profits or data arising in connection with this program.
9. It is your sole responsibility to notify us of any change in your mailing address by sending an

10. You will only be considered a "Partner" upon written approval by American Eagle Golf Inc.
